That is really great advice. If you own your songs, that is your protection right there and you don't have to rely on anyone else. Thanks for the great tips for all of the up and coming musicians!

i am a firm believer in writing your own music. who cares if noone likes it or its not the lastest thing? i hate playing other musicians songs! I have more passion and do better with my own songs. I have been haveing losts of trouble finding anyone to hear me who knows people in the music industry though since i only play via webcam, i do not do much footwork only on this laptop of mine. any suggetions? to get a record deal?

thank you for the great advice! so all i do is make cd's of my self ? What is Oasis? Do i pay for it? how does this work?

ARe you sure you do not want to run? What did the jazz musician say when s/he won the lottery and quit their day job? Hay, now I can play until the money runs out. It is entirely a joke.

Oasis only manufactures CDs. YOu have to record it elsewhere and give Oasis that recording. They will only manufacture CDs from that - 5000, 10000 whatever you want to pay
